Surah Al-Qadr — الْقَدْرِ
بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو بہت مہربان رحمت والاإِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ ١
بیشک ہم نے اسے شبِ قدر میں اتارا
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ ٢
اور تم نے کیا جانا کیا شبِ قدر،
لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ ٣
شبِ قدر ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ ٤
اس میں فرشتے اور جبریل اترتے ہیں اپنے رب کے حکم سے ہر کام کے لیے
سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ ٥
وہ سلامتی ہے، صبح چمکتے تک
English translation (Pickthall) — full Surah
Lo! We revealed it on the Night of Predestination. Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is! The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by the permission of their Lord, with all decrees. (The night is) Peace until the rising of the dawn.
