Surah Al-Burooj — الْبُرُوجِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو بہت مہربان رحمت والاوَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلْبُرُوجِ ١
قسم آسمان کی، جس میں برج ہیں
وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْمَوْعُودِ ٢
اور اس دن کی جس کا وعدہ ہے
وَشَاهِدٍ وَمَشْهُودٍ ٣
اور اس دن کی جو گواہ ہے اور اس دن کی جس میں حاضر ہوتے ہیں
قُتِلَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْأُخْدُودِ ٤
کھائی والوں پر لعنت ہو
ٱلنَّارِ ذَاتِ ٱلْوَقُودِ ٥
اس بھڑکتی آ گ والے،
إِذْ هُمْ عَلَيْهَا قُعُودٌ ٦
جب وہ اس کے کناروں پر بیٹھے تھے
وَهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ شُهُودٌ ٧
اور وه خد گواه ہیں جو کہ مسلما نوں کے ساتھ کر رہے تھے
وَمَا نَقَمُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَمِيدِ ٨
اور انھیں مسلمانوں کا کیا برا لگا یہی نہ کے وہ ایمان لا ئے اللہ والے سب خو بیوں سرا ہے پر،
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ ٩
کے اس کے لئے آسمانوں اور زمین کی سلطنت ہے اور اللہ ہر چیز پر گواه ہے،
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا۟ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا۟ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ ٱلْحَرِيقِ ١٠
بے شک جنھو ں نے ایذا دی مسلمان مردوں اور مسلمان عورتوں کو پھر تو بہ نہ کی ان کے لئے جہنم کا عذاب ہے اور ان کے لئے آگ کا عذاب
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٌ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْكَبِيرُ ١١
بے شک جو ایما ن لائے اور اچھے کام کئے ان کے لئے باغ ہیں جن کے نیچے نہریں رواں یہی بڑی کامیابی ہے،
إِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ ١٢
بے شک تیرے رب کی گرفت بہت سخت ہے
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ ١٣
بے شک وه پہلے اور پھر کرے
وَهُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلْوَدُودُ ١٤
اور وہی ہے بخشنے والا اپنے نیک بندوں پر پیارا،
ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْمَجِيدُ ١٥
عزت والے عرش کا مالک،
فَعَّالٌ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ ١٦
ہمیشہ جو چاہے کہ لینے والا،
هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلْجُنُودِ ١٧
کیا تمھارے پاس لشکروں کے بات آئی
فِرْعَوْنَ وَثَمُودَ ١٨
وه لشکر کون فرعون اور ثمود
بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى تَكْذِيبٍ ١٩
بلکہ کافر جھٹلا نے میں ہیں
وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ ٢٠
اور اللہ ان کے پیچھے سے انھیں گھیرے ہوئے ہے
بَلْ هُوَ قُرْءَانٌ مَّجِيدٌ ٢١
بلکہ وه کمال شرف والا قران ہے،
فِى لَوْحٍ مَّحْفُوظٍۭ ٢٢
لو ح محفوظ میں،
English translation (Pickthall) — full Surah
By the heaven, holding mansions of the stars, And by the Promised Day. And by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony, (Self-)destroyed were the owners of the ditch Of the fuel-fed fire, When they sat by it, And were themselves the witnesses of what they did to the believers. They had naught against them save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Owner of Praise, Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness. Lo! they who persecute believing men and believing women and repent not, theirs verily will be the doom of hell, and theirs the doom of burning. Lo! those who believe and do good works, theirs will be Gardens underneath which rivers flow. That is the Great Success. Lo! the punishment of thy Lord is stern. Lo! He it is Who produceth, then reproduceth, And He is the Forgiving, the Loving, Lord of the Throne of Glory, Doer of what He will. Hath there come unto thee the story of the hosts Of Pharaoh and (the tribe of) Thamud? Nay, but those who disbelieve live in denial And Allah, all unseen, surroundeth them. Nay, but it is a glorious Qur'an. On a guarded tablet.
